Whether I am engaged as a consultant or a member of the Senior Leadership Team, my passion is to help companies develop cultures that inspire and engage employees – and elevate their business strategy.

Corporate culture is the way your employees cooperate – the way they think, act and interact. Most companies spend a ton of time and money developing their business strategy but all too often their culture is left to chance.  As a result, their culture doesn’t support their strategy.

A company’s culture ultimately drives employee engagement, satisfaction, retention and productivity – as well as customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability. These elements working together in a powerful, integrated way is how culture elevates strategy.
